Geography

Two shores, one seam between them, and the places where the wall runs thin.

The spine of the world

The forest of Trees that runs down the middle of the world is not a forest. It is a line of stitches across a scar, sown by the menders wherever the world began to split. Where the stitches were pulled, the seam gave way and a chasm opened. That chasm is why the Reach is called sundered.

The world, as it sounds

No narration and no music. Only the two shores.

Where the wall runs thin

The membrane between the shores is tidal: thin in certain places and moments. See the Tide.

Thin spots · Cindermere

Where the membrane runs thin. Choose a place.

A map of a city’s thin spots is the single most dangerous document in this world.
